This may raise lots of religous debates, but trying to keep arguing aside:

What are your thoughts on The Armageddon, Second Coming, Apocolypse, etc. What events lead you to think this? Do you think it is near?

I know there are so many different outlooks on this one "event" so I was wanting to see how many would come about.

If youre talking about what I think you are then I agree , I see alot of parellells between the US and the Roman Empire.


Armageddon , I dont know if I believe it , but if it happens isnt much I can do to stop it. Other than save a bullet for myself.

Armageddon is our way of trying to put into words the fear of mortality that most sane people have to one degree or another. People cope with things in many ways and by trying to predict the end days we are attempting to exercise some control over our eventual demise.

1996 Zetec MTX NO Mods it's only a matter of money now though.

So does anyone believe in the "signs" of its coming? Kaotic events, 7 years of violence followed by 7 years of peace? Anything of that nature?

Does anyone follow the more scientific outlook about space, explosions and aesteroids?

I was raised religously but I have ventured on my own and now believe bits and pieces of lots of other perspectives. I only know of a few, but I am still skeptical on lots of the religous outlooks. Seems that everyone has a belief and some type of evidence/documentation/past event to try and back it up.

Don't believe in it. By the time the earth is dead, we as humans will be living on mars and in space colonies. So I will be long gone.
