looks like he seriously is riced out, u can see a small wing on his roof and he has a euro antennae and white normal antennae. Probably some NT guy, that exhaust doesnt look like any turbo exhaust ive seen.
95 Talon TSi AWD, full 3 inch turbo back exhaust no cat, intake, boost turned up to 16psi, some other little mods.
