From what I have learned from being in IL for the past year is traffic flys unless there is a flashing light somewhere. As long at the truck had no flashing lights around it everyone would be going 90, but add some blinky light and standstill!!!

I missed it by 15 minutes. Would have been cool to see the SVT swerve around that thing. Kind of.

Where the hell in IL do you live? Can't be within 1 hr of the city.
