With all my work changing out the clutch on my car and replacing the CV boots and other misc. items I decided to tackle the headers since they were right there as well.
After about an hour and a half of cussing and swearing I managed to get the front header on. Now I have the worst of the two left with the rear. I'll take some pictures of everything so I can add them to the how-to that was posted already. As I recall there was only one picture, which was the modified EGR down pipe for the WR headers (which I am installing as well).
Key notes for the header install though, I'm not sure what the last how-to was installed on, but the header bolts are 13mm nuts with 5mm studs rather then 15mm nuts with 5mm studs. This was on a 98 SVT so I'm not sure if these changes over the years. However the Y-pipe nuts where 15mm for the Y-pipe to cat connection.

I think the how-to correctly states the header bolts are 13mm on 5mm studs.
Congrats on your progress so far, I love the headers!

No problem. I only have finished pics of the front header, as I was trying to finish it quick and the batteries in my camera were dead. I will have complete pictures of the process on the rear however, which is the harder one so those should be benifical.

Installed my headers today. Install was total CAKE
when done like the how-to says.In my opinion a pivot head ratchet wrench with a pipe for extra leverage works best
for removal. As for the rear header,I liked the r/r more than the front with the alt unbolted and put aside.
I did the best I could not to unbolt alt but socket wouldn't
seat well.Anyways I had everything done in less than 5 hrs.
I had the msds kit,it's awsome,NO fitment issues whatsoever
for my 2001.So everybody that's hesitating to get a set
cuz you're worried about install,go for it,install is
actually fun.
