I'm looking for someone to convert a site currently designed by my clients graphic artist, in Adobe Illustrator, into a fully functional website.

I've hit up a couple of places through the web, and thought that I would offer it on here too, to keep it in the family, so to speak.

why cant the graphic designer do it? often times a designer will show you a concept in illustrator because you will get the idea of what he/she is going to do but it is non-fuctioning. designers do this to sell their idea and to make sure the client doesnt steal their concepts. why cant the graphic designer do it again?
