Replaced their 03 v6 slowstang with this 06 Mazda 6 hatch. Retail was 23700 they got it for 18600. new color for 06 called bright island blue. pretty hot for a sedan. 2.3 4cyl is faster than the mustang to 80mph by about 3 carlengths....sad it also handles a million times better on the stock tires vs the mustang with $250/a piece bridgestones.

Very nice! My parents just bought a new car... err van. Its a 06 Toyota Seinna, its real nice with an automatic slider and stow and go seating. I hope my next car is as nice your parents.

No, the tires are dunlops but not runflats.

Sweetness.  Mazda6's are wonderful! I very strongly wanted a Mazda6 sedan or hatch when I was car shopping. I found *the* absolute perfect one ('04 gray 6s with black leather, sunroof, five-speed, loaded) but the Toyota dealer wanted $20K which was about twice my budget.

If your parents car is the same color as the 6 hatchback I saw this past week at the Autoshow here in Milwaukee, the pictures don't really do it justice. Looks MUCH better in person. What tranny doe sit have, MTX or ATX? Any other options? I do like the Mazda 6, but why shouldn't I?
