So I pull apart the head, have them cleaned and yadda yadda. Then my teacher randomly mic's one of my valves, 4 thou taper ... looks like I need some new valves and springs. Good news is he's selling me a set of stanless ones for $250 CDN, but no springs. My college pockets are so empty, I'll never do an engine build on a budget ever again
