I finally found a couple small stick-on LED lights for my rear seats.

The lights are fairly well made, seems to be an aluminum frame and a clear plastic cover over the LEDs. The only part I don't like is you press on the cover to turn the lights on or off, so you'll be smudging what light shines through.
I put mine right above and behind the rear door windows. I can supply pics if anyone is interested.
