my brother's 96 se atx, new cam sensor, crank sensor, coil plugs, wires, and now engine computer and still no spark.. is the only other option bad wiring?? the car died when rolling to a stop sign at about 20mph and has had no spark since. help please!

Does the Check Engine light come on when you turn the key to ON? If it doesn't, and the lamp isn't burned out, the EEC isn't coming on.

It could be this: ICM, a bad one or wiring, fuse for PCM, relay for PCM located by the battery. Make sure all is connected, such as the small plug on the coil pack that I left off, or its grounds.
