Airbags deployed. Get ready with the steelies & salvage your ST200s 'cause that baby is totalled, most likely.
The perfect opportunity to pick up an SVT.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

With the airbags deployed, i agree with the totaling part.
Nice car man. I hate to see when dumb crap messes up other people's lives. Specially crap like a stop sign turned the wrong direction. You should seriously fight the city and make it their fault. Even though it technically isn't, it also technically is because it was left like that.

Yes, quite a tricky situation. They've had a week so far and no word on figuring fault. If it's less than 25% my fault, it doesn't affect my insurance.

It shouldn't be your fault at all. Granted, I am the type to slow down at all intersections, but I dunno if you could have seen that because I don't know all the circumstances. So, yea man, not your fault. Fight that [censored].

Ok so they were going to give me 7950 CDN for it minus the 300 deductible making it 7650 but I forgot about the wheels and stuff so because they were only going to give me 160 for the wheels and stereo (not including other small add ons) I'm getting 7490 plus 500 Tax rebate if I use a car dealer to buy from.
And they have yet to decide blame... Can't wait till this is over. I'm looking into a lawyer just to check my chances, esp if I'm at fault.
