hey it's me (Ben) only 10 more days until i go back home again. i get a few weeks off...too bad my good ole contour is not really in a drivable condition, b/c i haven't even driven a car in a really long time. i am headed to yongson, korea in about 3 weeks.....i will have a computer to check up on stuff soon after i get there, so it is not like i will be too far out of touch. i used to see a black svt with chrome 18's on it in a parking lot here on base (Ft. Jackson) with georgia plates everyday on the way to class, but i couldn't just jump out of formation and go talk to him. oh well, i think chrome wheels are ugly anyways, at least on these cars. i need to find a test drivable svt or something to have fun with when i get back to ohio. i will be on the lookout. oh yeah i got to drive a 10 ton wrecker that is 8 wheel drive, 600hp, 1500lb/ft tq, and has more hydraulic stuff on it than can move, pull, lift or drag just about anything possible on it. that thing weighs 95,000 lbs. it has a turbo fed supercharged detroit diesel that sounds oh so sweet. also drove the 5 ton wrecker, but that thing sucks. it has a turbo diesel caterpillar engine in it. not sure off hand of its specs, but it sucks compared to the big dog. ok i'm out for now.
