I was driving home from class yesterday on the 5 South near Encinitas when I spotted a gunmetal color pre-98 with what looked like a lot of work done. It had a full body kit and what appeared to be projectors. I paced him for a while and tried to get his attention, but he seemed oblivious. Anyone else know who this might be?
