Anyone making plans on getting one? I am just wondering because I was talking to my father and he said he was thinking about it. But you know if you get the V6 there is no option at the moment for a 5spd you get a 6spd auto. But they have future options when you build one and that is on there along with AWD.

I'm looking into maybe getting one to ( ) replace the tour after college. They'll be back on lease when I'm done with school so I could probably pick up a decent one.

BUT I'd still need to test drive one either way lol. Like my dad's 03 taurus, the seats SUCK. It feels like your sitting on steel blocks. I would not be able to drive something like that on a daily basis.

I'm intriqued by them. I'll be driving one in the Ford driving event in November. Happening at Homestead Motor Speedway, so it should be a nice event.

Been planning to see what else is available out there to weigh all vehicle choices. Chrysler is coming out with some exciting cars in the near future too. I'm afraid Ford will be left in the dust if they don't step up the performance numbers a bit.

AWD, MTX, V-6.... Hmmm, getting somewhere.

Add a turbo for steady state highway cruising fuel efficiency & I think we've got a winner.

Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

IF ... we get a V6 with Manual tranny

IF ... it gets the Duratec 35

and

IF ... it gets the SVT treatment then I will buy one as soon as it's available to my specs

Otherwise ... not really, unless a really good used one turns up for a great price.
