I posted my Contour for sale just the other day. I have already got e-mails from 5 different people with the check scam. Is there a way to F them over?

I've given it about 15 seconds of thought and I've come up with this:
Ask them to send the check in your name to x address. Tell them to pick up the car at the same address.
Your name & address will be the same as the local police chief & his HQ.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

It is best not to answer them at all.
The one time I was in the mood to answer one of those, i told them that I couldn't help them because i had just spent my money on a bridge. The bridge is for sale. Are you interested?
