I have had a system in my car for a while, I took it out a few months ago, and now I can't get it to work. The amp and subs both work, but just not it my car... Whenever I connect the system, I blow fuses in the amp. My power wire, ground, and remote turn on are all fine. I heard the fuses could be a bad ground, so I connected the ground to what I found to be a more secure spot, still, when I connect I get a light show. Any ideas why my setup just blows fuses everytime I connect it??

Which part don't you get?
The Luxury SVT thing is just something a few of my buddies and I came up with as a joke about Mystiques...
The P.S. part is pretty self exclamatory It's actually a line from Mitch Hedberg's Strategic Grill Locations album. Yeah, its a joke too.

If your sure all your connections are good, I would say that amp is shorted out internally. Depending on how badly, it can be fixed.

If it's blowing your fuse as you connect it, there is a good chance you are mixing up the + and - terminals. If not then there has to be a short in your amp, but you say it's worked before so I'm assuming it might just be a little mix up. I've done it myself and spent the day looking for a reason only to find out I suck
