I spotted a T-red SVT with Washington plates near my house today (Ogden, UT). It was lowered in the front but not the back. Had probably 4" exhaust tips sticking through the rear. The car was sitting on E0 rims.

If its there tomorrow I will go talk to him. I was just curious if anyone here knows who it is.
