What parts is needed to mod the front tique brakes to svt standards-calipers,pads,280mm rotors? and i have no idea what else(of course the small stuff).

You can use the original calipers with late SVT / Cougar caliper brackets and SVT / Cougar rotors. New pads are a good idea with new rotors as well.

You can also use early SVT calipers, caliper brackets, rotors, and pads.
