UNBELIEVABLE car. I work at the local Porsche dealership, and we just got ours in last week, its yellow. We get one a year for three years, One guy was allowed to drive it and I was one of the lucky ones to go along, it is incredible. Literally no words to describe how it sounds and drives. I am in love, maybe if I get off my ass and bring my camera to work I will load some pictures, its in the showroom now with a base ticket of 448,000, but we are selling for 475,000. And considering its competitors, its def. worth the price. All carbon fiber body, its just awesome. Too bad I cant drive it haha. just wanted to accompany this video with first hand experience.

Im just going by what the salesmen at my local porsche dealership told me. They sold a GT earlier this year for a little bit over $500,000.

Actually quite well, carbon fiber may not crumple like metal, but under impact it splits and shatters which allows the crash impact energy to be dispursed(sp?) away from the occupant(s) so you're much more likely to walk away from a heavy impact.

Here's a website that hosts entire episodes of Top & 5th Gear. They don't have all of them,but plenty to keep you busy. Just get a bittorrent program, (they've got links for you to do that) and download away! I've got about 5 already, 3 more should be done within the day. The downloads do take a while, but if you just leave your computer on for about a week, you can have all you could want, then check back when they get new ones online. I'm just finishing all the Top Gear episodes, and will get 5th Gear once those are finished.
