TX inspection and MSDS headers
#881263 - 03/19/05 09:15 AM

I've heard for awhile now that inspection/emissions tests are only getting tougher here in Tx. The engine will soon be out of my car and I'm debating on whether or not it will go back in with MSDS headers.

For those of you with these headers, what has been your experience concerning state inspections? Do you make a point to take it to a "friendly" shop? If taken to any 'ol inspection place, it is just a coin flip whether or not the inspector notices the pre-cats are missing?

On the fence,
Randy
