Megafuse?

All right, I may just be an idiot at searching here on CEG, but I certainly am about finding stuff on the Contour. WHERE IS THE MEGAFUSE under the coilpack? I looked yesterday when I had it all apart and couldn't find it. I may have hurt it yesterday when I was pulling the rear upper O2 sensor (now that was a pain in the butt). Anyway, my battery light is flickering on and off at low rpms (goes away at higher RPMS) and I am attempting to find the megafuse because after a little research here and posting a question in the troubleshooting forum, it looks like that may be the problem.
Does anybody have a picture or a drawing of what this fuse looks like? Or a picture or diagram of where it is located?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated...I would much rather fix this stupid thing myself than take it to somebody and they tell me that my fuse was blown...

If the megafuse is broken, the charge light is on constantly, not flickering.
Edit. Location of megafuse (maxifuse)

you see the red lead? heres your sign.
How do you get it out? And what could cause the flickering? I've tried to wiggle the wires, and it never went away...I don't get it!
Could the wires that go to the megafuse be damaged in someway with all the messing around back there I did to get the O2 out?
Let me ask one other question. There are two 7mm bolts that hold that huge plastic thing down, it appears that the bolts had some sort of ring around them, and then the bolt held all that down. I think I lost one of those little rings, could this be the cause?

Pull the plastic cover off. 2 13mm nuts hold the wires/fuse in.
