Zetec shouldn't be a big hassle. Change the water pump while you're in there. Just get a Haynes and follow the instructions.

I can't give you a place or person but shop around. I agree that you should replace all the belt tensioners and the water pump and even the serpbelt. Because you are already in there you really only have to pay for the extra parts.
For me it ended up being about 700 bucks for everything on my 98 4cyl. That is with me buying all the parts from auto stores except what only could be had from dealers (timing belt tensioners) and having the work done at my local dealer. They did it right and i had my car back in one day.
