Dallas Loses an SVT Owner

Not in a bad way, I didn't die or anything. I did hand over the keys and trade my baby in for a different ride, black 2002 VW Passat W8 4-Motion. We love Jill's Passat and decided we were just getting too good a price to pass it up. And, a pleasant surprise when we got home, I opened the trunk and a side compartment to discover a 6-disc changer! Maybe that's standard, but I didn't know it was there, nobody ever mentioned it.
Anyway, I'll still be up for a Keller's meet when the weather gets warmer and I'll get a picture up after it gets the first washdown.
I did remove my subs/box/amp from the SVT, but I'm not putting them in the new car, so I'll be selling those. Aaron, ready to upgrade?

Hey now, you won't say that when you see this thing. And it was next in my purchasing progression. 4 cyl (Civic SI) to 6 cyl (CSVT) to 8 cyl (W8). Wow, if I'm going to keep this up, I better start saving now. I guess next will be a Viper?

Me too. I wanted a pool table, but there just isn't quite enough room to be able to hit the ball from all angles. The ping pong table, however, will still give each player about 4 feet of space at each end and about 3 feet on either side. A perfect fit. I had one growing up and played every day, so I've missed it.
I'm such a softy. Just got the car Wednesday, took it to work Thursday, cleaned it last night, now I'm taking Jill's car to work today because she wanted to take mine to lunch with her friends.

I wish man. I just bought a small 10" sub and box with a small amp and it's almost more than I need. (They were all open box specials from Circuit City).

Actually the next step in the progression would be the M5 w/ the V10 that coming out next year  Congrats on your new ride, but atleast get some nice rims on it, the stockers leave alittle to be desired IMO
