Well, they look like SE cams to me from the dyno.

Irregardless of the actual numbers there appears to be a solid gain between the first dyno and the second dyno throughout the powerband.

This is about what would happen to a car if it were dyno'd on a 70 degree day versus a 90 degree day without temperature corrections on the plots.
It could also be something like a better intake...maybe a cold-air intake or to someone tuning a better air fuel ratio.

Doh! You said you used some sort of forced air system to simulate a ram-air. That totally explains it to me because there is now more air in the cylinders due to less intake restriction.

Putting an intake into practice that can actually provide this kind of airflow at all times is the real challenge.

Actually its the same principle behind a turbo system except on a much smaller scale.

Thanks for posting the Dyno sheet, as for posting pics of the exhaust I have not been able to borrow a digital cam yet.

To see what the front at the manifolds looks like go to BAT Inc, web site and look at their Y-pipe, mine is very much like it. They claim 8-10 HP increase with just the Y-pipe. With the right muffler and the different routing of the exhaust 4hp more on top of that is not an unreasonable gain. Also now that the exhaust is more open the SVT computers tune maybe working better.

Um your y-pipe probably added 4 hp casue u still have a main cat. And 3 hp from a catback with new muffler.

7 hp the most!!
