Black SVT no hood on I-5

On my back from Oregon we got the lovely I-5 by seattle(which took 2 hours from Tacoma to Downtown!) and saw a black Contour with no hood. Who was doing that?

That doesn't sound half as bad as the E0 T-Red SVT I encountered the other day: dirty as all get out, as if it'd just crossed the Nevada desert, with these really nasty looking advertising stickers on the front doors. It was disgusting.
(I drive an E0 T-Red SVT, but not THAT ONE!)
