We replaced a customers system a while back and I got the CPU speed wrong, so the customer got a free upgrade to a 20% faster pair of CPUs. I sure as heck wasn't going to tell them we had to take him machine down to down grade him back to what was originally in there, after all of the downtime and us taking the machine back to our office. (We gave them a loaner while I worked the troublesome system.) So I had to order two more of the faster CPU's to return his system as a replacement for the loaner. Good work, but I was a bit absent minded then... TB |
