Winter Tires for 98 CSVT

I am looking to get a new set of tires for the winter, and I am wondering what you are good tires for winter. I want to get some Bridgestone RE960AS Pole Position P205/55/R16, but I am not sure what I am going to get yet. Any recommendations would be helpful. Thank you.

Things that will help people make a value added recommendation would be:

Where you live?
Are these for winter only use, or year round?
Do you have a specific size requirement?

My person experience has been with Blizzaks (the best, IMO) and Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice (very good).
