window frustration

My passanger side window when I bought the cars wires to the motor were cut. I record reconnected them and the window will go down but not up. If you reverse the wires it will go up by pressing down on the switch. I have replaced the switch, the harness, and the motor. And nothing still down but not up. And the master has no control at all.

the one thing yyou didnt mention, did you replace the regulator?
