Where is the Fuel Pressure Regulator found on this engine?

I'll take a few more pictures when I get home. Every picture that I've seen of them online they were metal. Not black like the one you have pictured. Which potentially was leading to my issue. Is there also an electrical connection attatched to it?

That pic I posted is just a generic aftermarket one. Go to ButtonPuncher's FPR thread in Zetec Performance, and you can't miss the huge red FPR that he has mounted. That is where it is located.

Thats where it is located on the pre98/return fuel system. IIRC the 98+ has it on the other end of the fuel rail, but i could be wrong. either way, its still bolted to the fuel rail.
