T-Red spotted in Overland Park/Stanley KS

At 151st-ish and Ridgeview Rd. Had SVT license frame and a spoiler. In the mini-mall with a restaurant and 31st century games. I believe tinted windows.

Spotted 8-20-08 at 8pm.
