Starter/Solenoid Replacement Advice

Okay, so I'm looking at a problem with my solenoid starting to go, started happening today. Grinding noise when I turn the key, try it again, same problem, try it again, starts up no problem. Anyways, I'm looking at replacing the starter when I do the solenoid replacement, as well. I've looked on rockauto and seen that the starters are all remanufactured. Should I be staying away from remanufactured or will they be fine?

Don't get one year warranty parts, get lifetime. One year parts only have the parts replaced that failed. Worn but not yet failed parts are left untouched. Lifetime will have pretty much all wearable parts changed for new. At least according to everyone's bragging, of course that could be BS.............

A truly lifetime remanned part is virtually as good as a new one.

Okay, that's good to know. Will look at that. I will be doing both at the same time, might as well since they'll both be out.
