i spotted a black svt in west bend friday night turning onto hwy 33 from the hwy 45 off-ramp....anyone on here?

I was going towards Joe's... I have no idea which way I was going. You guys hardly have street lights. I had to navigate by the North Star and I believe I was going West at that point.
