The rear brake pads on the SVT are totally shot. So I decided to team up w/a local SVT owner, who also wanted to change his... Well, neither one of us got too far.

The best I could manage is to take off the top torx screw that connects the Caliper to the Bracket, while the other side I never even got to do... The problem is that I could not take out the bottom pin which holds the bottom of the caliper connected to the Bracket... I tried everything!

Any advice? :nonono::nonono::nonono:

Oh I tried that already... I beat the piss out of it, and it did not move even a milimeter! I soaked the pins in Liquid wrench, gonna be a few days until I can work on it again...

Damn old parts and rust! :nonono:

OK guys, the brakes are done!!! It took me tons of Liquid wrench, and a lot of patience but they're done... On to the front ones... ;)
