quick help with rear toe arm. which way do they mount?

So my rear toe arms are bent from being towed the wrong way by the PO. I removed the subframe for welding and forgot how the toe arms went on. Is the top edge flat or other way? This appears that the top edge is flat so the end would "bow" down on each arm from the picture below. Thanks!

Top edge should be flat, yes. The stamped indent or "beaded" section through the center of the bar should be indenting/pushing towards the rear of the car.
