pre-98 to post-98

i have a pre-98 mystique how hard would it be to put the front end of a post 98 contour on it i have a front end lined up just wondering if it would work...dont worry i'll post pics

EDIT- or even a pre98 contour front end...i just hate the look of the pre 98 stiques

what i need:
hood
bumper
grill
headlights
header panel
front fenders


is that all or am i missing some things

IIRC you need the radiator core support as well but i could be wrong.

i went from pre98 contour to post98 contour. no need for a new core support i needed,fenders,liners,header panel,headlights,grill,bumper,hood, a cutting tool of sorts,i used a grinder,and a rubber mallet.:shrug:

no,the header panel/headlights on the post98 required more room.
all my parts came from a svt and went onto a 96 se

ok so i have removed all the panels that i am replacing, im going to the J/Y in the morning to buy the pre98 contour panels that are going on..PICS of current state below

FYI the driver side fender is in good condition if anyone needs a fender for a 97 mystique

the backend im fixing at school, and the front end is being done in my garage when im not at school, i wanted to go with the pre 98 because i like the front end more and i dont see too many pre 98's around anymore except in the JY and the local JY doesnt have any post 98

oh i got a lil mad yesterday and jumped on the mystique fender so its no longer any good

the blue fender is the only option i had, the eggplant colored left fender was all mashed in, i was slightly upset all-in-all i think it looks good

im going to respray the entire car so the colors arent that important to me it just pissed me off that i hade to pull parts off of two different cars....midnight red? i like it might just paint the car that color

im desperately wanting some side skirts but all my efforts are coming up short as i cant afford shipping so i must deal locally, looked on car-part.com but there isnt a part description for side skirt......all blacked out on a set of E1's, maybe lowered...hmmmm
