Parting out Pre 98 TD contour

My cuz is parting out his TR 95 Tour. Its a auto four banger with cloth tan interior. It ran when he parked it several years ago. He said it needed a water pump but your guess is as good as mine on condition of the drivetrain. The body is in nice shape. I'm posting it here not to deal with shipping so that means local pick up only. Trades welcome.
