well someone i got a pretty good size dent on the passenger side quarter panel above the wheel. any ideas how to get it out.

Well from the pictures, it looks like you could just snap your fingers and it will pop right back out.

paintless dent removal guy if you want it done right, or get a rubber mallet and some body hammers

Yah, paintless dent removal should run you about $100 for that size/location.
