It always amazes me that they even work like that. Most every other car has keyed camshafts, and a pulley with a key hole.
Has anyone had any luck doing the t-belt on a vct zetec without pulling the valve cover or using the flat bar? I would imagine it's possible, assuming one marks the pulleys and counts the teeth.
