Lug Nut Adapters/Converters

Has any body used any lug nut Converters or Adapters?

If so, what if any Cons where there?

I'm asking because I see lots of nice deals on rims, but not for 4x108.

ive worked on a probe that had what i think your talking about, they were bilstien 5 lug to 8 lug i think. you have to have a certain type of rim for em to work right, instead of the center where u put the lig its bowed outward to compensate for the adaptor plate. they werent cheap either the kid told me they were 450 for the set and the rims for 600 a piece. then again the where chrome 17s. i dont see the point in it you could prolly find a decent set of 4 lugs at either a junk yard or on a site lie craigslist.com in your local town.
