Looking for a shop in San Antonio - valve job

Can anyone suggest a good shop in the San Antonio area to have a valve job done on my 2.5 Duratec? Obviously, a shop which has experience with these engines is necessary.

Also, does anyone know of a good transmission shop? Thinking of a rebuild soon.
