If so how much work is involved to get them to fit as reading the ad it says a little grinding is needed.

Or what other rear brake upgrades have people done?

There is some modification needed but if you do the fronts (easier) you should do the rears to keep the car happy.

Yeah thats what i was thinking, i have got these to go on the front so wanted to balance it all out really. They are Kad 6 pots with 332mm discs.
