E-brake cables - Where to buy?

Where is everyone ordering e-brake cables from these days? I ordered an OEM e-brake cable set from Team Ford a few years back and kept it around for a while until I gave them to my brother for his rear disc conversion on his Mystique. I need a new set for my 00 SVT but the OEM cable set is discontinued now.
 
Yeah, I found those but they aren't the same design as OEM. They're missing the rubber boots which means they'll most likely rust out fast.

Any aftermarkets out there that use boots?

EDIT: Nevermind, looks like the Raybestos use boots. I only saw the Dorman ones last time.
 
The Raybestos branded ones look very similar to the OEM. I have one OEM at home but i would have to take another look at it to be sure.
