Soo I have read that an E1 cluster wont work in a 98. I read that in previous threads and whatnot. I have alsoo read and heard that it works just fine... Has anybody tried this to give me a legit answer to this question!

The E1 will not work in an E0 and vice versa. Don't try it....the gas guage will be backwards and the temp guages are different in the way they read the temp.

Eff my life. I need an E0 badly. All my gauges are messed up. I keep getting PMs about E1s that people have for sale. Its irritating because I cant use an E1!

Are all your guages bad? I may have one but the temp guage is messed up. I will also check with a local friend to see if he has one.
