CEL codes please help

So we were looking into why the fan turned on on my full 3.0 swap as soon as the car started. My mechanic noticed the CEL wasn't coming in when it should as he disconnected sensors. So we swapped out the ecm and suddenly the CEL came on and we got some codes. We swapped out the tps because he thought that a bad tps sensor Could cause the other codes.

Here are the codes we are getting with new tps and ecm:

P0117 ect sensor circuit low
P0122 tps circuit low
P0340 cam position a or single sensor
P1504 idle air ctrl circ

Anyone recognize this issue?

You are using the stock 2.5L wiring and the stock 2.5L ECU right? What ECM did you swap from/to?

Yes and yes and the stock ecm from my other svt. Same year and part numbers

Harness issue maybe? Is it an early 98?

Not sure if it's the stock harness is #3052 the ecm is out of #1090
