Low car = Major scratches!

I have my front and rear bumpers off. I need to sand them for painting, but there are some deep scratches on the bottom of the bumper that I want to get rid of.

What would be a good way to fill these scratches with. Bondo, Filler?

Also my rear bumper has a crack about 1 inches long where the Exhaust pokes through as well as the same scratches on the bottom as the front bumper.

Anyone in the body industry or knows how to do this please advise me to go the proper route of repair.

I dont feel like taking the bumper to my body shop just to ask its a bit of a drive!

Thanks once again!

I have used two part epoxy to fill gouges/cracks. Scuff the gouged area and about 2" around it otherwise the epoxy won't grab on.
