Use seam sealer. I use the 3m brand part #08360. Make sure you scuff the area well with at least 320 grit and wear gloves. Do not apply to bare metal because this will cause rust on bare. Apply on top of primed, scuffed surface then topcoat after 20-30 min dry time.
