I have been told that you can do a complete fluid change by removing the cooling lines and using the trans pump to flush the fluid. I think this would be a pain in the butt, but I was wondering about the practicality of doing this. I want to change the fluid to synthetic. The car only has 28,000 miles, but it has the original fluid. 1998 se sport 2.5 atx. How much of the fluid do you think I can get out by just pulling the plug and dumping?
Thanks Paul
