I need to change out my front sub-frame and was wondering if there was anyone around here that has really good knowledge for this. I got an estimate for around 600 just for labor? Good or bad? Anyways, i bought new shocks, springs and sub-frame connectors but just need a good helping hand that knows what they are doing.

I can get all the infoon how to everything onit, and me and you can try to tear it apart. Do you have any tools? I have some tools.

Man, I've done it, and if you don't have a lift, impact tools, and A-frame engine hoist, it's tuff... you're in for a long day (or days).
