Steeda short shifter....

does anyone have or know where I can get a riser plate in order for the steeda shifter to work for my 99 csvt? thanx in advance.

PM scottd60 for the riser plate. He is the one that was making them for CEGers.

Lol, I was gonna say that! Although, I believe "our" Steeda was the first to buy and make the Steeda short throw shifter fit in an SVT. What a coincidence!

I was always confused about that too. But the one and only Steeda cleared it up for me.

I guess i could make them but ScottD makes them out of alum. The first plate I made was out of 1/4" press board.

You can do it yourself if you really wanted to. or just pay scott

Haha, you didn't tell me that part! Is that all the riser plate has to be though?!?!? My aluminium one is about a 1/2 inch or more IIRC.

Im pretty sure it was only 1/4. Might have been 1/2 or 5/8s. I just used scrap wood i had in the garage at the time.
