Someone stole our TV!!!!!

they didnt leave much....

so we had to replace it with this...

and figured we should top off the stand with this....

dont you love spur of the moment purchases?!!
went to sears to get some money back on my welder since it was on sale.
and on the way out decided to walk thru the tv/home audio area.
saw this little guy sitting there and started negotiations.
it is a samsung 61" HD DLP.
we got it for over $900 less than it sells for!
now comes the fun part....hooking it all back up.

Looks nice, usually I like HD TVs to be higher up. It looks better when the TV is higher. I dont know thats just my opinion.

it is actually higher than it seems.
the very top of the tv is level with my eyes if i am standing in front of it.

well it was quite a bit more than $500.
for less than the tv normally costs, we got the tv, surround sound and the stand.

well sorry to hear about your tv however it looks as though you have made it through that time of your life ok and are ready to move on. Now you need someone to steal your PS2 so you can get XBOX 360 it is unreal on HDTV. Just my opinion!!! Wife got it for me for Christmas and I was so happy I would have gone shopping at girl's stores all day the day after.../and then she followed up by ordering This is Spinal Tap for me. Man she is alright!!!! Congrats on the new tv, enjoy it..

if someone could steal our old tv and entertainment center then they could have it.
the old tc was a 37" CRT that weighs about 250 pounds!
the entertainment center was 3/4" plywood and was about 6' long x 5' high x 2'deep.
