Anyone seen this? It's like a sheet of plastic they put over your bumper to keep it from chipping. I cant find it on the web though anyone know where they sell it?

your probably talking about the clear bra. it comes stock on the Elise.

something like that, but you can actually have some put on your car like a car bra but it's clear. I use to have the website bookmarked but lost it
